Solutions Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect with deep expertise in property and casualty insurance systems to lead client engagements, drive platform delivery, and support enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and excel at building strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of core insurance platforms (policy, billing, claims), with a focus on Duck Creek and other modern systems.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, translating business needs into technology solutions.

• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA and vendor partners.

• Oversee integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., HR, QA, CCM, carrier systems).

• Drive process optimization, automation and workforce efficiency initiatives.

• Ensure compliance, quality assurance and audit readiness across delivery streams.

• Collaborate with client executives to align technology delivery with business goals.

• Support change management and cultural transformation efforts.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in insurance technology delivery, with strong property and casualty domain knowledge

• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek (policy, billing, claims) and related integrations

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise project management

• Technical proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, MuleSoft and cloud hosting

• Proven success in client-facing roles and vendor management

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with Hyland OnBase, Pitney Bowes, Octopus Deploy, Dynatrace (preferred)

• Background in enterprise transformation and M&A integration (preferred)

• MBA or equivalent experience in IT Management or related field (preferred)

Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00 per hour. We understand salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
