- Run the front desk, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure a positive patient experience
- Verify insurance + review financial plans with patients
- Create a high-energy, welcoming patient experience
- Support clinic operations, reporting, and organization
- Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctors treatment plan
- Take charge of marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreach
- Assist with social media (photos, videos, posting content)
- Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines
- Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
- Collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and file, collect, and expedite third-party claims
- Maintain business office inventory
- Other Administrative tasks
