We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Lead to drive our sales initiatives and elevate customer experiences. As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead sales efforts, foster strong customer relationships, and collaborate with our production team to drive growth. Responsibilities
- Serve as sole sales rep for Neck Of The Woods Brewing. Duties include obtaining up to date licenses, taking orders and scheduling deliveries. On occasion you may make deliveries depending on time availability.
- Coordinate and provide support with accounts to arrange branded events to include beer dinners, tap takeovers, etc. This may include nights and weekends.
- Coordinate with management and production teams to communicate market opportunities and provide input on new product releases.
- Create and maintain account contacts database including liquor license information, ordering POC and accounting POC for all accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass obtain an ABC Solicitor Permit (at employers cost)
- Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers and collaborating with colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and industry best practices is preferred.
- Valid NJ driver's license, registered, reliable and insured vehicle and ability to drive to and from accounts and events daily
- Skill in multi-tasking and being a self-starter with a strong desire and ability to execute and win.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong desire to grow professionally with the company and willingness to learn new skills.
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Commission Structure
