Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Phillipsburg, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule :

• 1st Shift: 7AM - 4PM

Pay Rate :

• $17 / hour

Job Summary :

The Picker/Packer is responsible for supporting luxury fashion warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing high-end apparel and accessories for shipment. This role also includes value-added services such as folding, hanging, and sensor-tagging garments, as well as performing quality inspections to ensure merchandise meets premium brand standards. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack high-end apparel and accessories.
• VAS:Folding, hanging, and sensor-tagging garments for retail display.
• Quality Control: Inspecting items to ensure they meet luxury brand standards.
• Inbound/Outbound: Assist in the processing of new seasonal collections.

Job Requirements :

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail (experience with "Garment on Hanger" or fashion retail is a plus!).
