Faith Based Licensed Bilingu-Spanish Speaking Therapist/Clinician

Job Overview:

Healing Grounds Wellness Center is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) fee-for-service therapist (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT) to join our practice, specializing in individual and family therapy services. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing practice in Central New Jersey.

Healing Grounds Wellness Center is a place where healing begins from the first phone call and consultation. We believe in a holistic, eclectic approach: Emotional, Physical, Mental, and Spiritual. Our staff provides Clinical services and Christian counseling per request. Christian counseling is the only spiritual component we support in addition to wellness components such as yoga, mindfulness, self-care, meditation, prayer, and a few others.

We are seeking a compassionate, independent, and motivated bilingual therapist who is committed to delivering high-quality care and helping clients thrive. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and manage your caseload, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular appointments with patients seeking therapy with a mental health professional.
• Establish positive and trusting relationships with patients.
• Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address patient situations.
• Continually assess patient situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments.
• Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary.
• Record and maintain timely, adequate, accurate, and good notes about patient visits in our electronic medical record system.
• When required, refer the patient to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of each and every client situation.
• Maintain all the necessary licenses and the appropriate insurance.

Therapist Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to conduct sessions fluently in both languages.
• Be able to provide a Holistic approach as some clients are seeking Christian Counseling in addition to Clinical services. Must be open to learn if no experience in Christian Counseling.
• Meet all necessary state license requirements for NJ.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen.
• Solid relationship-building capabilities.
• A positive and compassionate attitude.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs.
• Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Location: Hybrid (Virtual and In-Person).

Benefits:

• Competitive rates set by the practice.
• Administrative support.
• LSW/LAC: Rates: $60-$80.00 fee for service rate.
• LCSW/LPC/LMFT: Rates: $100-$125.00 fee-for-service rate. Minimum of 8 clients per week.
• Supervision: LAC and LSW: Group and individual supervision is provided at no extra cost to you. Must see a minimum of 11 clients per week to qualify for free supervision.
• EHR and Marketing are provided free of charge by the practice.

Hours per week:

• Flexible schedule: 8 hours minimum. Make your own schedule.
• Any shifts available; evening and weekends are highly welcomed.

Job Types: Part-time, Hybrid, must be able to work at least 2 days per week in the office.

Experience:

• 1 year of experience as a therapist or counselor preferred.
• New licensed therapists and counselors are welcome.
