- 2 to 8+ years of Traffic Engineering
- Civil Engineering degree with PE license
- Corridor Studies, Traffic Impact Studies
- EIT or PE and PTOE
- NJDOT experience
- Signal Design, Timing Studies, Striping
- VISSIM, SIDRA
- Onramps and extis
