Quality Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Selenium-based automation, a core requirement for delivering high‑quality, reliable software .

Rate Range: $37/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Manager job responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Execute automated test suites, monitor results, and analyze test failures to identify and report defects.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster and more efficient releases.

• Enhance test coverage by creating, optimizing, and expanding automation frameworks and reusable test components.

• Participate in requirement reviews to identify automation opportunities and ensure testability of new features.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new automation tools and technologies to improve overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Automation Testing.

• Strong expertise in designing and executing automated tests using Selenium or similar tools.

• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with development teams .

Pay Details: $37.00 to $43.00 per hour
