Warehouse Worker

As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a hands-on role ensuring the right products get to the right place at the right time—helping our customers build the future. Every day brings new challenges, teamwork, and the satisfaction of knowing your work directly powers our success. You’ll support sales and customer service by partnering with our distribution team across receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment, while driving efficiency through Lean principles.

What You'll do

  • Responsible for the preparation and shipping of outbound parcels and receipt of inbound product.
  • Maintain functional expertise by reviewing and retaining task related ERP system transactions.
  • Contribute to team goals by accomplishing tasks while meeting key performance targets.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet areas, racks, shelves, aisles, and workstations neat and orderly.
  • Prepare Hazmat paperwork for related shipments (UPS / FEDEX / LTL).
  • Prepare Bills of Lading.
  • Maintain inventory control by utilizing appropriate equipment and performing cycle counts.
  • Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Reach truck experience preferred.
  • PC literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good math skills.
  • Power equipment skills (forklift, pallet jack).
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • A work environment that values your input and suggestion to drive positive change within the operation.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain self- responsibility.
  • Ability to stay committed, maintain integrity, and practice innovation.
  • Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency.
  • Flexibility in schedule, required.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is for this particular job posting. Please be advised that a different location may result in a different range. At Hilti, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18.00/hr.- $20.00/hr. with bonus at target of $700.00-$1,100.
