Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Videographer / Photographer to lead the production of premium real estate photography and videography content. This individual will be integral to our creative and marketing strategy, producing polished visuals for property listings, agent branding, client testimonials, events, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Capture and edit high-end property photography and videography (interior, exterior, lifestyle, drone).

· Oversee the entire production process: concept development, storyboarding, filming, lighting, and post-production editing.

· Produce content optimized for MLS, website, luxury brochures, social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories), digital ads, and campaigns.

· Coordinate logistics: scheduling shoots with agents, clients, and vendors; securing locations; managing equipment.

· Maintain equipment and digital asset library; ensure consistent quality and style aligned with SERHANT and NJLRE brand.

· Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm new creative ideas and elevate the visual identity of the firm.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

· Proven professional experience in videography and a proficiency in photography (preferably within real estate or luxury branding).

· Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom).

· Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color grading.

· Drone operation experience (FAA Part 107 license preferred) is a plus.

· Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual narratives.

· Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Portfolio or demo reel required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $48,000 - $54,000 ( commensurate with experience )
• Full-time schedule, including flexibility for evening/weekend shoots as needed
