The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Microsoft 365 adoption strategy, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online. Working closely with the Microsoft 365 Productivity Adoption Lead, this position brings adoption strategy to life through hands-on enablement, creative content development, champions program execution, and direct user engagement across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy communicator with strong Microsoft 365 expertise who excels at engaging diverse audiences, delivering compelling live sessions, and translating advanced capabilities into practical, business-ready guidance. This role is critical to scaling adoption beyond pilots and ensuring sustained behavior change and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

Adoption Program Execution

    • Execute the M365 adoption strategy and roadmap defined by the Adoption Lead, ensuring programs are delivered on time and at high quality
    • Support enterprise rollout and expansion of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Viva
    • Act as a trusted front‑line enablement resource for users across business functions, responding to questions and guiding users through real‑world productivity scenarios

Champions Program Management

    • Run and maintain one or more Champions Programs (Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.), including onboarding, communications, cadence management, and engagement tracking
    • Support champions with enablement materials, talking points, demos, and best practices so they can confidently support adoption in their business units
    • Coordinate champion calls, sessions, and recognition activities to sustain participation and enthusiasm

Content Creation & Communications

    • Own creation of high‑quality enablement content, including:
  • Quick reference guides and how‑to documentation

  • Short‑form videos, demos, and visual walkthroughs

  • Announcements and adoption campaigns

  • Use‑case spotlights and success stories

    • Develop and manage a content calendar for user communications across:
  • Viva Engage

  • SharePoint resources sites

  • Enterprise announcements

  • Training and event promotion

    • Post, publish, and maintain content regularly—ensuring materials stay current as Copilot and M365 evolve

Training & Live Enablement

    • Deliver engaging, user‑friendly training sessions, demos, office hours, and workshops (virtual and in‑person)
    • Support role‑based training for priority Lines of Business and VIP audiences, tailoring content to real workflows
    • Assist with executive and leadership briefings by preparing demos, narratives, and supporting materials
    • Keep users “locked in” through dynamic facilitation, storytelling, and practical examples
  • Day‑to‑Day User Enablement

    • Provide hands‑on guidance for users adopting Copilot and M365 tools—answering “how do I” questions and helping users apply tools to daily work
    • Support onboarding of new users to Copilot with quick‑start sessions and materials
  • Identify common questions, friction points, and adoption barriers and feed insights back into content and program improvements

Collaboration & Feedback Loop

    • Partner closely with the Adoption Lead, engineering teams, and governance stakeholders to stay aligned on features, guardrails, and messaging
    • Gather user feedback and surface trends, success stories, and challenges to inform continuous improvement
    • Reinforce responsible AI, data protection, and compliance guidance through all user‑facing materials

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in user enablement, adoption, training, change management, or digital workplace roles

    • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 , especially:
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot

  • Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive

  • Power Platform (Power Automate; familiarity with Power Apps is a plus)

    • Exceptional content creation skills —able to produce clear, engaging, and visually appealing enablement materials
    • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills ; confident presenting to both small groups and large audiences
    • Strong soft skills and presence —engaging, approachable, and able to sustain attention during live sessions
    • Experience managing or supporting internal communities or champions programs
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and content deadlines simultaneously
    • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving AI and productivity landscape

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $117k - $154k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
