As part of our growth strategy, ENS is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development & Sales/Marketing Manager to help build and lead our sales and marketing operations from the ground up.Position Summary
The Business Development & Sales/Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing ENS’s business development, sales pipeline, marketing initiatives, and client acquisition strategies.
This is a hands-on growth-focused role ideal for an individual who understands Managed Services (MSP), cybersecurity solutions, and consultative B2B technology sales. The selected candidate will work directly with executive leadership to establish scalable marketing and sales processes that support long-term company growth.Primary Responsibilities
Business Development
• Generate and manage new business opportunities
• Build and maintain qualified sales pipeline
• Conduct outreach campaigns targeting SMB and mid-market organizations
• Develop relationships with prospects, vendors, and referral partners
• Schedule and coordinate client discovery meetings
• Assist with proposal development and follow-up
• Maintain CRM and opportunity tracking systems
• Support recurring revenue growth initiatives
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns
• Coordinate LinkedIn and digital marketing presence
• Create messaging around cybersecurity, compliance, and managed services
• Assist with website content and marketing collateral
• Coordinate email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
• Build case studies, presentations, and sales materials
• Support local SEO and brand awareness initiatives
• Help organize webinars, events, and networking opportunities Sales Operations & Strategy
• Help establish sales KPIs and reporting
• Create repeatable lead generation processes
• Build documentation and workflows for future department growth
• Assist leadership in identifying market opportunities
• Participate in strategic planning sessions
Desired Qualifications Required
• 5+ years experience in MSP, MSSP, cybersecurity and IT services sales/marketing
• Strong understanding of Managed IT Services and cybersecurity solutions
• Experience with B2B consultative selling
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams
• Experience in healthcare, compliance, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of HIPAA, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance-driven environments
• Existing relationships within NJ/NYC business communities
• Experience with Microsoft 365, cybersecurity services and cloud technologies
• LinkedIn marketing and outbound campaign experience
• MSP channel/vendor relationship experience
Compensation Structure
ENS is open to discussing a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications, including:
