Job Title: CNC Machinist/Programmer
Summary:
Operate, program, and maintain CNC Haas machines to produce precision parts, including prototypes. Ensure quality standards, maintain equipment, and keep accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC machines based on technical drawings and blueprints.
- Use Mastercam to model and program cutting paths.
- Develop experimental parts and perform first article inspections.
- Adjust settings for efficiency and quality.
- Maintain machines and troubleshoot issues.
- Record production data and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Experience with Mastercam.
- Strong English communication skills.
Compensation: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
