Passenger Sales Representative

Korean Air is currently seeking a global-minded Passenger Sales Representative who will contribute to the success of the sales team.

1. About the Job

• Position: Passenger Sales Representative
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Job Location: In-person (Office and Business travel)

2. /Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and research market trends to enhance sales
• Develop new markets in the sales territory
• Position competitive prices and communicate price-related matters with travel agents and U.S. HQ Marketing/Sales teams
• Answer travel agencies' inquiries and resolve conflicts
• Provide travel agencies with professional reservation, ticketing and sales support
• Monitor travel agencies for possible default and/or malpractice
• Handle administrative tasks and communicate with headquarters personnel

3. Qualifications / Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant disciplines preferred but not required
• Must be based in New York
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Frequent business travel is required

Pay: $48,600.00 - $90,000.00 per year
