Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Beach Haven, New Jersey

Type: Temporary
Compensation: $18.50/hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM | May 6, May 7, & May 8

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and meet customers professionally upon their arrival
• Answer phones approximately 6-10 times daily, direct calls, and take messages
• Make copies and perform other clerical duties as assigned
• Assist staff with general administrative tasks
• Support office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning

Receptionist Job Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or clerical experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
• Business casual dress code adherence, no jeans
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with office equipment
