We’re Hiring: Receiver
High Bridge, NJ | Full-Time

At Trident Maritime Systems – Custom Alloy Division , we’re looking for a Receiver to join our Shipping team. This role is a key part of keeping our supply chain running smoothly by making sure every shipment that comes through our doors is accurate, properly documented, and safely stored.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
• Verify materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and shop routers
• Label and document materials accurately (heat numbers, part numbers, etc.)
• Stage items for inspection or storage in the right location
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods around the plant
• Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve delivery issues
• Keep receiving areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with routing materials, returns, and other shipping/receiving tasks

What You Bring

• Experience with receiving, warehousing, or material handling (preferred)
• Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems a bonus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Ability to lift and move materials safely (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• A team-first attitude — you’ll be working closely with other departments
