A healthcare facility specializing in long-term care (LTC) is seeking experienced IV Pharmacy Technicians for evening shifts. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for pharmacy professionals skilled in sterile compounding and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of medication preparation.

Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 6:00 pm 2:30 am
• Every other weekend, rotating

Responsibilities:

• Prepare intravenous (IV) medications using aseptic techniques to ensure sterility and patient safety
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Manage inventory efficiently to support continuous operations
• Adhere strictly to USP 797 standards and other regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active and clear NJ Pharmacy Technician license
• Sterile compounding experience is required to ensure proficiency in IV preparation
• PTCB certification preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to work with Frameworks software; training available

This position offers an opportunity to work in a closed-door LTC setting with a moderate volume of approximately 600 prescriptions per day, supporting critical patient care through precise IV medication preparation.
