We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage and service a book of personal insurance clients. This role requires strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.

ResponsibilitiesService an assigned book of personal lines clients (auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, etc.)
Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and rewrites
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy
Process new business submissions and assist producers as needed
Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy
Educate clients on coverage options, limits, and endorsements
Manage renewals, including remarketing when appropriate
Assist clients with billing questions and basic claims inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and agency procedures
RequirementsExperience in personal lines insurance service
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Strong knowledge of personal auto and homeowners policies
Experience with agency management systems ( Applied Epic)
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
