Diane Smith - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life Insurance Specialist. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life and health insurance solutions. - Generate new business through networking, referrals,, and lead follow-up activities.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
- Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
