Kiddie Keep Well Camp seeks a visionary, collaborative Executive Director to lead the
organization into its next chapter of stability, growth, and community impact. Reporting to the
Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as chief executive — setting strategy, ensuring
fiscal health, overseeing all programs and staff, cultivating donors and community partners, and
stewarding the camp's facilities. As a leader in a small nonprofit, this role blends executive
leadership with a hands-on, "doer" mentality.
Ideal candidates are relational leaders with experience in nonprofit leadership, hospitality, or
camp administration who are passionate about community and creating meaningful experiences.
Required qualifications include staff supervision, financial management, strong communication
skills, and a genuine commitment to the camp's mission. Knowledge of ACA standards and
fundraising experience are strongly preferred.
Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 commensurate with experience, plus
a comprehensive benefits package including on-site housing, health and dental insurance, life
insurance, and 401(k). Start date is flexible; early Fall 2026 is ideal.
