Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a full time customer service Rep for our online wines and liquors store in Metuchen from Mon to Fri only. No remote work. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns. Resolve complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Previous customer service experience, preferably online or in e-commerce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities.
