Line Team Member

As a member of RLS Logistics, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to become a cold chain expert. Our company's core purpose is to help team members and their families achieve success and prosperity.

Core Responsibilities:
Line Team Members play a key role in delivering a top-quality customer experience by ensuring products are safely and accurately fed from the depal room into the packaging room, following our company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

A Day in the Life of a Line Team Member:

• Dress warm (winter coats, hats, gloves strongly encouraged).

• Verify all picked products are accurate.

• Ensure all packed products are undamaged.

• Confirm finished goods are properly shrink-wrapped.

• Keep production lines stocked and running efficiently.

• Assemble cardboard boxes with liners and dry ice or gel bricks.

• Meet predetermined performance metrics outlined by the Warehouse Manager.

• Enjoy working in a cold environment (0 to 34 degrees).

Available Shifts:

• Monday-Wednesday, 4 AM – Finish

• Monday Only, 4 AM – Finish
