Salary: $75,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: We are a top GC in the northeast with a large backlog of projects ranging from $3-$45M. We are looking for someone with ground up restaurant/ retail experience. We are looking to add to our field ops team with a strong candidate who is looking for the opportunity for career growth. - Experience overseeing projects ranging from $5M to $30M
- Local Sub contractor relations are a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a project schedule and budget
- Procore experience is a plus
