Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in the LTC setting under supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and IV therapy as permitted by licensure and IV certification; document according to protocol
- Monitor vital signs and health status; respond to changes and escalate concerns promptly
- Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, and routine treatments per plan of care
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and communicate with the care team

Requirements
- Active LPN license or RN license in New Jersey
- IV certification required
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Ability to work the 6:45 a.m.–3:15 p.m. shift and 40 hours per week
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred but not required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
