We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Office Manager to join our growing dealership group in Dover, NJ

Position Overview:
The Office Manager will oversee daily accounting and administrative operations, ensure compliance, and support overall dealership efficiency across both locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive accounting/office management required
- Reynolds & Reynolds System - other DMS experience is acceptable
- Automotive industry background a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, reporting, and compliance
- Team-oriented, professional, and reliable
