Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and proficiency in office software. Duties Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution. Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity. Experience Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with clerical duties and basic office procedures is advantageous. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to facilitate communication with a broader range of clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
