We are seeking an entry level Accounts Payable Clerk in Middlesex County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for accounts payable, invoice processing, and more. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Handle debits, credits, and wire transfers while maintaining detailed records.
• Manage vendor communications to address inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Code invoices and accounts appropriately for accurate financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger functions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup, formulas, and advanced functions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
