Technical Support Advisor - Work from Home
Job Description:
As a Technical Support Advisor at Compass Realty Inc, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers over the phone or via email. Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing software and hardware problems, and guiding customers through solutions. In addition, you will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service position. Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and customer relationship management software will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $45,000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $57,000 per year
- Currency: USD
