Job Overview:

Performs diversified secretarial duties in non-invasive cardiology, cardiac catheterization lab, and cardiac rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma
• Clerical experience
• Computer Literate - Word, Excel, Windows, Epic

• Excellent Communication Skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with medical terminology

Scheduling Requirements:

• Day Shift, 7am-3:30pm
• Full-Time
• No weekends/holidays

Essential Functions:

• Filing, scheduling and insurance verification.
• Reception, typing, distribution of mail.
• Routine record keeping,
• Maintaining supplies and equipment, maintaining monthly statistics.

• Interacts with patients and families to help facilitate high-quality patient care,

• Communicates and collaborates with hospital staff, physicians, and medical offices to develop and maintain procedural schedules.
