Dentist in Medford

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable dental office that is seeking an associate dentist. They have a long term dentist retiring and there is a large demand for another dentist as well.
This is a busy and fasted paced office so they are needing a dentist that has 3 (or more) years of experience. Also a dentist who can work full time Mondays through Thursdays. No nights and no weekends required.

The office is a state of the art one with paperless charting and digital x-rays, and all modern equipment. A dentist has full autonomy to perform whichever procedures he or she likes. They can offer good mentoring and collaboration therefore they would consider a new grad.

They have an amazing staff of hygienists, assistants and front desk, that all work very well together. The staff is very well trained and have a long tenure.

General restorative procedures is all that is required. If a dentist likes to do more advanced procedures such as molar endo or placing implants that is a plus, but they are not required.

Operatories available: 2-3
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Thursday

Qualifications and Skills:
At least 3 years of clinical experience
Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
GPR or AEGD preferred
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

Associate Dentist Responsibilities:
Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
Providing dental treatments to patients.
Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.
Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.

Full time dentist can expect to earn 250K to 350K per year.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
