- 2 to 5 years of site design
- Civil Engineering degree with EIT
- AutoCAD Civil 3D skills
- Site Design, Grading, SWM, Drainage
- Roadway, Sewers, Utilities, Water Mains
- Full understanding of municipal zoning
- Stable employment history
