• Greet every guest with a warm smile, eye contact, and positivity. Happy to See You! Is our way to welcome guests

• Stay informed on Paris Baguette’s menu selections, products, and seasonal promotions to deliver accurate and helpful support to guests

• Operate our POS system (Toast) accurately and efficiently • Prepare coffee and other beverages consistently and with care, showing pride in your craft, including preparing batches of coffee and teas

• Ensure product quality by checking freshness, rotating pastries and desserts while keeping displays inviting and well-stocked and aligned to our merchandising standards

• Support the café team with finishing products and packaging items

• Be part of a lively, fast-paced café that takes on challenges and meets production goals

• Answer questions and educate guests on menu items and seasonal offerings

• Assist with online delivery orders, always ensuring accuracy

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment

• Work as a team player—supporting teammates

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the cafe with driving quality standards and sales Roles may include:

• Barista: Brew joy into every cup

• POS Champion: Deliver a friendly, smooth and accurate checkout

• Greeter: Be the first smile guests see

• Merchandiser: Keep displays beautiful and bountiful

• Pick-Up Pro: Ensure orders are perfect and on time ***You may rotate through stations and grow your skills across all areas What You Bring:

• At least 1+ year in customer service, food, or retail (preferred)

• Great customer experience is built on consistency and reliability. We are looking for team members who are committed to working a consistent schedule and providing exceptional service

• Friendly and positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Engaging communication style and attention to detail

• Integrity and accountability—you take ownership of your work

• Ability to perform basic math and operate POS systems (Toast), with accuracy in cash handling

• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and to follow food safety guidelines

• Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and be part of a team
