Charlotte Tilbury Counter Manager

The Charlotte Tilbury Counter Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the performance and success of the beauty counter within key retail environments. This dynamic position requires an individual who is not only passionate about luxury beauty products but also possesses excellent leadership, business acumen and customer service skills. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of Beauty Advisors, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction are met. You will execute the brand's vision and strategies through effective merchandising, training, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing talent and driving team performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to exceed sales targets.
• A passion for the beauty industry and up-to-date knowledge of makeup trends and products.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
